Impact 100 Redwood Circle formed a comprehensive Racial Equity Study Group in June 2020. To address the complex cultural issue, the 19 member group has designed a Three-phase study: Phase 1 – a journey into self-awareness and self-examination of Implicit Bias, Antiracism, and White Supremacy through reading and discussion. Phase 2 will focus on researching best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in grantmaking, organizational diversity, and other policies and procedures. Phase 3 will recommend specific programs, initiatives, policies, and practices for consideration by Impact 100 RC.
