Come hear what is happening behind the scenes at the Santa Rosa City Schools.
Gustavo Mendoza, the Wellness and Engagement Coordinator, is our next speaker for the May 1st ED TALK, from 4:30 – 5:30 pm at Yulupa CoHousing located at 1350 Yulupa Ave. in Santa Rosa. Please note that this is will be our first in-person hybrid event with zoom.
Gustavo Mendoza is a dedicated community leader and youth advocate based in Santa Rosa, California. His journey began in the Roseland School District, where he first discovered his calling to support at-risk youth. Later, in his work with California Youth Outreach, he drew upon his Latino heritage and his own passion for art, to counsel and mentor young individuals involved in gang activity.
Gustavo continues his mission to create safer communities at the Santa Rosa City Schools. He spearheads programs that focus on mentorship, counseling, and educational initiatives. His work has empowered countless individuals to overcome adversity and realize their full potential.
