Diana is passionate about serving her community and has been active with numerous non-profits and service club efforts since she moved to Sebastopol in 1999. She is currently the Mayor of Sebastopol (Sebastopol website) and is completing her four year term on the City Council.
She was the Executive Director of the non-profit Sebastopol Community Cultural Center, and has been an active member of the Rotary Club of Sebastopol for many years.
Her work has focused on youth, education, enrichment, the environment, health initiatives, and support for businesses as well as the unhoused. (The list of organizations and projects is much too long to list here.)
Diana received her undergraduate degree from UC Santa Cruz and her law degree from UC Davis, and practiced law in San Francisco and Sacramento.
She and her husband have two grown sons who have had the great benefit of growing up in the quirky and nurturing small town environment that Sebastopol offers.
