Gail Ginder has been a leadership coach and consultant for many years serving clients in education, health care and non-for-profit organizations. Her services include leadership and management coaching, training, team development, and meeting facilitation. Gail served as the Executive Director of a Planned Parenthood of Marin and as Director of the Women’s Center at the University of Missouri the University of California, Santa Barbara. She also worked as an Organization Development Consultant for Kaiser Permanente.
Gail has masters degrees in in Public Health from the University of Missouri and Counseling from the University of Denver. She completed a fellowship in Management at the University of California and an Internship in training and organization development with University Associates, Inc.
With two partners, she formed Claros Group in 2001. She was certified by the International Coach Federation as a Master Certified Coach, the highest professional coaching certification. In addition to the Claros Group, she has served as an Executive Coach for the Ken Blanchard Companies.
Gail loves spending time with her husband Jesse, daughters Erin and Tamara, and grandson Leo. She loves traveling (anywhere) and enjoys anything food and wine related. She is a serious amateur photographer, plays the ukulele and enjoys pickleball.
