Juli Devincenzi moved to Santa Rosa from Burlingame in 2022 and joined Impact 100 Redwood Circle in 2023 to learn about and become involved in her new community. Juli works as an HR Consultant who brings valuable experience as an HR leader in the world of education. She started her career with Kaiser Foundation Hospital as a recruiter and transitioned into school HR management and never looked back. Juli has managed all facets of HR, employee relations, benefits administration, systems for legal compliance, and high-level strategic planning.
With over 30 years of work experience, she is thrilled to now have the flexibility to spend more time volunteering and giving back. Juli joined the Impact Grant committee and is excited about her new role as the Co-Chair with Diana Rich.
