Kim and her family moved to Sonoma County in 2000. For over 35 years, she held human resources leadership roles in both large company and smaller entrepreneurial environments.
She is founder of the consulting firm, DesignGrowthRX, and collaborates with clients to design customized plans for growth. Prior to founding her own firm, she was Chief People Officer at Genomic Health, Inc and also held several HR leadership roles at Medtronic Inc.
Kim has prior not-for-profit board experience with the American Heart Association and Volunteer Center of Sonoma County. She is a member of ICF (International Coaching Federation); The Association for Managers of Innovation (AMI); and C4C, a network of selected coaches, consultants, and leadership development experts and transformation advisors. She has been a member of the Impact 100 Membership Committee and will be Co-Chair of the Committee for 2023.
