Originally from Long Beach, Kristen graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, before beginning her career in Human Resources in Sunnyvale, CA. She has 30 years of experience in HR across diverse industries in a variety of roles. She is currently Sr Director, People Experience for a tech company where she leads a team that does everything from Learning & Development to Total Rewards.
In 2021, she relocated to Sonoma County and now resides in Petaluma with her husband. She also enjoys spending time with her grown son who lives in Sunnyvale.
She is an active member of the Petaluma Rotary Club and joined Impact Redwood 100 in 2023 to get more involved in the local community and meet people. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and reading.
