Impact 100 Redwood Circle has been a central part of Suzy’s volunteer life since its inception in 2015. She has served as Co-President, Treasurer, and Co-Chair of the Impact Grant Committee. She was a member of the Grantmaking Task Force in 2022, and in 2023 led a “Transition Team” which facilitated the implementation of a new leadership structure and decision-making model.
She is a retired Financial Controller from Hewlett Packard. She has a BA in Renaissance and Reformation Studies from Scripps College and earned her Masters/CPA at Sacramento State University. She worked for Deloitte before joining Hewlett Packard.
Suzy loves putting her financial/business experience to work in the community by serving on Boards. In addition to her involvement with Impact 100, Suzy is currently the Vice Chair of the Santa Rosa Junior College Foundation Board. She has also served on the Boards of the Redwood Empire Food Bank, United Way, Santa Rosa Community Health Center, and the YWCA.
She loves to cook, and then pursues different forms of exercise to help offset the effects. Reading good fiction places high on her list. She has begun to dapple in watercolor.
